On 12.11. 18 received written information from the word master Indrajit Kr. Das of Anamoy SSWH. BMCH Burdwan to the effect that on 11.11.18 at around 15.30 hrs on unknown female age about 22 yrs was admitted at Anamoy SSWH  as brought dead. On this basis above noted U/D case has been registered at Saktigarh PS and the case is being endorsed me for its enquiry. The said dead body send to FSM, B M C H Burdwan for PM examination (.) Particulars of the deceased are given below
