with due respect, I beg to state that information received from Facility manager Kalna SD Hospital  that on 29.06.19 received a requisition in which stated that one unknown female person  ( age 35 Years appx) was brought by two persons. After thoroughly search doctor declared brought dead. PM has been done to ascertain actual the cause of death. All concern is requested to search their missing register and to take necessary action to trace her identity.
